ABOUT ME

AIMEE Parker
After a devastating sporting injury, I first stepped into the gym at age 16.
Like many people, I followed the famous influencers on Instagram and Tiktok and thought they were giving me the best advice ever – instead they fed me unachievable goals and diets so restricting they only ever lasted about two days!
After getting properly educated through my personal training course and learning for myself (the hard way), I realised the importance of maintainable goals, balanced eating and just enjoying the process.
My dream is to help others realise the same thing without having to learn the hard way!
As a fully qualified personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether it's 1 to 1 personal training at your home or in a local park, online personal training, or sport-specific training, I am here to support and motivate you every step of the way.
